He hooks his arms underneath my legs and pulls me down to his face. I cry out as he puts his mouth on me, lapping at my most sensitive part. He’s going slow, and he drives me crazy with the languid movements of his tongue, and the way he peers up at me through hooded eyes. God, he’s so beautiful. He keeps a steady rhythm, and when he increases the pace ever so slightly, I almost fall off the couch.
“Good?” he asks, and I can tell he’s trying not to laugh.
“Don’t look so smug,” I tell him, but I can’t wipe the pleased grin off my face. “Keep going.”
“Yes, ma’am.”
He’s going faster now, and I weave my fingers into his hair, needing to feel him as he brings me closer and closer to the edge. With one final stroke of his tongue, release shoots through me, making me writhe in his grip. Tanner holds me in place, not letting up with his tongue. A second orgasm quickly follows the first, and I just keep calling out his name as waves of pleasure roll through me.
“Am I forgiven yet?”
I laugh; I can’t help myself. “I’d say so.” I glance down at him, and the heat in his eyes sends another jolt of arousal through me.
“I want you, Tanner. Right now.”
“Thank God for that,” he praises, making his way up my body. He kisses me long and deep, and I feel his hard length press against my entrance. “Let me get a condom, okay?”
I nod, about to tell him where I keep them when he reaches for his pants and pulls out his wallet. He has a packet in there, and he tears it open. He’s back on top of me in no time, and I part my legs for him. He moans as he aligns himself with me and slowly pushes in.
“I’ve dreamt about this for so long,” he whispers into my ear, capturing my lips into another kiss. I want to say that I have, too, but then he’s moving, and all I can think about is the way he feels inside of me. How full I feel, how good his every thrust feels.
He’s looking down into my eyes, and at that moment, I’m so happy I could burst. I reach up and touch his cheek, and he leans into my touch. Kisses my wrist, and then he moves faster. Our eyes lock once again as he falls over the edge, the most delicious sounds coming from his lips. I follow soon after; the sight of him so completely undone is just about the hottest thing I’ve ever seen.
He keeps kissing me, little sweet pecks on the lips that make me laugh in the afterglow of what we just did. Tanner is laughing, too, and he just keeps touching me; it’s like he can’t help himself either. Not that I mind.
Not one bit.
CHAPTER 18
“Someone’s happy today.”
I pull out Mrs. Johnson’s clothes from her closet. She has chosen a purple jumpsuit today, and I smile at her. I can’t seem to stop. “What’s not to be happy about?”
She shakes her head at me. “No, no, don’t give me that. Something happened, and I want to know about it.”
“Nosy,” I tell her and help her into her clothes. “Fine. Do you remember the man we talked about?”
“The one who broke your heart? Yes, of course.”
“He didn’t break my heart, exactly,” I protest, even though he kind of did. “Well, we’ve talked things out.”
“Oh, you’ve talked things out, have you?” She raises an eyebrow and gives me a knowing smirk. “I wasn’t born yesterday, dear Sophie. I know what a smile like that means. Is his member very large?”
I almost choke on my saliva. “Mrs. Johnson!”
“Oh, we’re all adults here. Let me live vicariously through your escapades. Tell me more.”
“I’m not telling you about his… well,that.”
“Very well,” she says and sits down in front of the mirror. “If you won’t tell me the fun bits, then at least tell me what was said between the two of you.”
I think for a moment. I haven’t really thought through what happened myself. Might be nice to talk it out with Mrs. Johnson. “He told me that he’d made a mistake. That he’s wanted to be with me all along.”
“What stopped him from coming to you earlier? Seems silly to me.”
I consider telling her about my profile. “I have this social media profile. Do you know what that is?”
“Of course, don’t be rude. I’m well aware of such things.”
