"I'm nervous about the ceremony."

"Don't be, Lone Wolf will guide you through it."

"We will take you to the blanket ceremony, and they he will guide you to the fire ceremony. You must have a prayer for him at the fire ceremony."

She nodded, "Can I make it up myself?"

"Yes, it is better that way." Little Feather smiled.

Then the music began, and food was brought out, gifts were distributed to Gray Eye and Red Hawk.

Hannah came from one direction, Lone Wolf from another, both with blue blanket upon them. The relatives and friends followed behind them to the fire circle. Gray Eye was close to the circle of the fires, so he could see them well. He was smiling and happy.

It was explained by the elder that the blue blanket represented past lives filled with sorrows, weakness, loneliness, and spiritual depression.

After the elder blessed their marriage, they removed the blue blankets and one white blanket was put around them both. Lone Wolf stared at her with such open desire now as they embraced and kissed.

At the fire ceremony three fires were built, two small and one large one. But they were not lit yet. The elder explained that the small ones represented the two of them, and the large, the Creator and their holy union. One small fire was to the south, another to the north. The fires are sprinkled with sage, tobacco, and sweet grass, even corn. There was a prayer said over them, and the songs began.

The elder nodded to Hannah to give her special prayer.

She looked at Lone Wolf, "I promise to be a good and obedient wife with love and understanding. I promise to love only you for always, bare your children and live by the laws of your tribe."

Lone Wolf smiled, "And I promise to be a good provider, always protect and love you. I will keep you only unto myself and obey the laws of the land and our tribe, with you always by my side to help guide me to be fair and just to my people and you."

Then the relatives and friends sang songs of rejoicing. After the small fires were lit and began to burn for a few minutes they pushed them toward the larger fire and lit it with the flames from the two smaller ones.

Everyone began to sing praises that the two lives are merged into one holy union.

Gray Eye beamed with happiness. Lone Wolf realized how happy his father was and couldn't help but smile at him.

Afterwards gifts were given to the tribe from them and Lone Wolf put her upon a horse and they rode to a secret place to be alone for three days.

The place was guarded by tribesmen.

The place Lone Wolf chose was an old hut that was often used for wedding nights and it was large and roomy.

As soon as he arrived there, he took her from the horse and kissed her passionately. She felt his lips massage hers softly at first, then more eagerly.

"I thought this day would never come," she whispered when he took her hand to guide her inside.

When they entered the hut, she glanced around, then at him.

A fire was already burning for them. Food was put out for them too, so they would not have to cook.

But food wasn't on their minds.

He took the white blanket and folded it, then he spread another and pulled her down to him.

"You dress is so beautiful," he smiled.

"Black Feather and I worked very hard on it." She smiled.

"Did she do your hair in the braids?"

"Yes and added some beautiful feathers too."

"It's perfect, yo
