"Oh, Teo." I wrapped my arms around his waist and squeezed.

Teo squeezed me back and kissed the top of my head. "Now, let's get some sleep. We have a lot to do tomorrow."

I kissed him once, deeply, before snuggling into the crook of his arm and quickly drifting off to sleep.

Early the next morning, I jolted upright in the bed, screaming as loud as I could. Loose strands of hair clung to my dampened face and my chest heaved as I struggled to pull in enough air. I had dreamed that I was still in Andrea’s grasp, that Teo had never rescued me from marrying him. I woke, not knowing which was reality and which had been a dream.

Teo ran into the room in a panic, scanning our surroundings for threats but he calmed when he found me alone in the bed.

"What's wrong? What happened?”

"Nothing. I'm fine. It was just a bad dream." I reassured him but I was trembling. I pulled off the covers and climbed out of bed, trying to act as normal as possible. "Why are you up so early?"

"I was just calling my father to arrange their transport for the wedding."

"Did he seem upset about how we are doing this?"

"Not at all. I think at this point he'll just be glad that it's over with.” Teo laughed. “I have to admit, I'm looking forward to the wedding but I'm looking forward to after the wedding even more.”

“You mean the honeymoon?” I asked him playfully and he chuckled.

“Well that too but I was actually referring to being married to you.”

“How sweet.” I wrapped my arms around his waist, letting my head rest on his shoulder, and he wrapped me in his warm embrace.

“Are you hungry? I cooked breakfast.”

“You cooked? I didn't know you could cook.”

“Just because I don't do it often, doesn't mean that I don't know how. Bianca taught me when I was a boy.”

“Wow. A sexy, thoughtful, loving man who can cook? It seems that I really lucked out.”

“Don’t forget great in bed,” Teo smirked and squeezed me a little tighter.

“Oh yes, and we can’t forget modest, too,” I teased before planting a quick kiss on his lips. “And to answer your question, yes I'd love some breakfast and coffee. Do we have any coffee?”

“Of course, we have coffee.” Teo smiled.

“I'm just going to make myself presentable then I'll be right down.”

“Don't make me wait too long.” Teo kissed me tenderly before heading downstairs.
