“Why?”

“Tyler and Roman are sworn enemies, just as Marshall and Edward are.”

Well, that was interesting. I wondered why I didn’t know anything about him if my cousin hated him so much.

“So you’re telling me not to ask Tyler about him.”

Natasha looked at me, silent for a moment, before she replied, “Why must you speak of him at all?”

“I don’t know, I saw him earlier tonight is all.”

“Here?” she asked, surprised.

I nodded. “He was looking at me. I was curious.”

“Do not let Tyler know and please do not tell Rose. She is obsessed with the man, not that he is the kind of man to settle down.”

“So they’re a thing?”

“I wouldn’t say that. Now get some sleep.”

Natasha turned my light off and I climbed into bed, rubbing my hands with my rose scented hand cream.

She may have answered my questions but I had even more now and a deep fascination with the man.

It was only a matter of time before we met face to face, and when that day came, I knew I wanted to know more about him than he did me.

I was never going to be bested again.

By anyone.

No matter how jaw droppingly handsome they were.

Roman

Never in my ever loving warped mind did I think she would turn up on my side of the city. I’d not been able to keep her off my mind since the party two nights ago and here she was, getting out of a purple lamborghini, parked right outside the very cafe my cousin and I sat at every Saturday morning for our coffee and breakfast.

Bennett had gasped when he saw her which had alerted me to her presence. Now, I could hear Bennett saying something but I couldn’t pay him any attention right now.

She was wearing her hair up in two piggy buns, her long hair twirled around and around on each bun messily, with strands coming down on each side of her face. Her denim shorts were so short I could probably see her panties if I looked hard enough, and the white crop top showed off a toned and yet not super tight belly. My cock was at attention, shoving against the fly of my jeans instantly.

“Roman,” I heard Bennett say as he grabbed my arm to pull my attention away. “Don’t.”

“She’s on our side of the city, Ben. I need to investigate.”

He groaned as I got up from my seat and headed over to her. She was standing at the counter of the deli, telling them her order.

“I think you may be lost,” I said to her, as I removed my sunglasses so I could look into her eyes.

She smirked at me, knowing exactly what kind of effect she had on me. The minx. “You happen to have the best deli places over here, I won’t be long.”

“You know who I am?”

“I’ve been told to stay away from you, in fact.”

I felt myself become amused. “And yet here you are.”

“Well the city line didn’t seem to stop you or your friends two nights ago when you came to a private event for my father, so why should it now when all I want is a simple sandwich.”
