“Shoot.”

“This is what’s going to happen. First, I’m going to take care of your spanking, and then we’re both going to shower and get dressed. I’m taking you out for dinner.”

“You are?”

“Yep. I don’t start work until later tomorrow. So we’re going out for dinner.”

“A date?” she asked. “Will we move to second base?”

“Only if you’re ready for that.”

“I’m not sure how I’ll react, but I’d like to try.” She looked determined. But he wanted her soft and relaxed. Turned on.

“Kiss me.”

“What?”

“I want you to kiss me.”

She bit her lip, looking shy. “I’m not very good at, um, kissing.”

“Really? That hasn’t been my experience with kissing you.”

“I was just following your lead,” she confessed.

“Do you like following my lead?” he asked.

“Yes.”

“So you’d prefer me to kiss you instead?”

“God, yes.” Relief filled her face.

“Good girl for telling me what you need,” he praised her. “That’s going to get you a treat.”

“Treasure?” she asked.

“No. I still think we need to limit your treasure.”

“Donuts?”

“Possibly something else we need to limit.”

She pouted. “Don’t be like that, Daddy. Nobody likes a Donut Grinch.”

“A Donut Grinch!” he said, outraged. “How dare you!” He tickled her, and she shifted around on his lap, nearly sliding right off.

“Careful. We don’t want you hurting yourself.” He grabbed her, holding her until he was sure she was steady. Then he pulled her in for a kiss.

He started off gently. Even though she’d given permission for him to take the lead, he knew he still had to be mindful of her state of mind.

So when she melted against him, he took it for the gift it was.

Her trust. Her submission. Her need for him.

They were things he swore never to take for granted.

When he deepened the kiss, she met him stroke for stroke. He decided to push her slightly and ran his hand down to squeeze her ass. She moaned into his mouth. Her hips moved back and forth as though she was searching for more.
