I didn’t recognize the sound that came out of me.

Silver growled, his mouth brushing against my cheek. “Don’t you dare apologize to me. I want you to feel every emotion you’re feeling, no matter what it is. We want you to fight us and fuck with us. Argue with us because we know you can throw everything we give right back.

“The five of us aren’t gentle men, or gentlemen, baby girl. We’re rough and raw and fucked up, but we will burn the world down for you if that’s what it takes, because youbelong to us. So keep that anger and live with it as long as you need it. I’ll be here to fuck it out of you.”

I wasn’t a body anymore. I was a puddle melting in his sunlight, though he was made of shadow. “You can’t say things like that to me.”

“I can, and I will.” No room for argument. Like he hadn’t just turned me into the human personification of a melting candle, a switch flipped in him. “You like your present?”

“I can’t believe you did this.”

“Get used to it,” he said, pulling back slowly. “You’ll have everything you want with us. I want you to use this, but I think you’re ready now. It’s time.”

Frowning, I took his outstretched hand. “Time for what?”

Grave smiled as we came back, eyes twinkling. Silver let me go, and Grave tucked me into his side. “Thank you,” I whispered.

“You’re welcome,” he whispered back.

We were headed back to the apartment building, but Silver hadn’t said why. “Where are we going?”

The President turned and walked backwards, appraising me. “Depends on you.”

I narrowed my eyes. “You’re talking around it, Silver.”

He stepped into my space again, and I lost my breath, trapped between the two of them as Grave stepped behind me. The club members and prospects in the plaza looked over at us, but Silver didn’t flinch.

“Let me put it this way. There’s a chance that what comes next ends in one or all of us finally fucking you. It’s up to you where you want that to happen. Your apartment? Mine? The common room? It’s your decision, and this is one you’re going to make.”

For the second time in less than five minutes, I felt like I was melting into the ground. I was wet between my thighs, my leggings making thatreally fucking apparent. Thank fuck they were black.

Grave and Silver inhaled at the same time.

“Choose, Sky,” Grave said. “Or I’m going to taste that sweetness wherever we are.”

My whole face flushed, and I looked at Silver. “Your apartment.”

He nodded. “Let’s go.”

CHAPTER FOURTEEN

____________

SKYLA

THE MOON THAT LIVES IN MY SOUL

Wraith was the last to arrive in Silver’s apartment, which was the opposite layout of mine, decorated in darker colors with sharper furnishings. It felt like him with the same dripping luxury.

I needed to remember he was a king.

Aking.

Nerves bubbled in my stomach. Not at the idea of being with them, but Silver, Grave, and everyone else had been frustratingly closed-lipped about why we were here and what they were about to tell me.

I looked Wraith up and down for signs of the violence earlier this morning, but there were none. “You…”

He looked at me. “Trust me when I say you don’t want to know the answer, Sky. He’s gone, and he suffered exactly as much as he deserved for what he did to you.”
