Holy fucking shit! I’m officially a rock star!

One Year Later…

My sisters are dropping like flies.

They’re falling in love and having the time of their lives.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m ecstatic for them. I love seeing them happy.

But I’m not ready for that type of commitment.

I can’t even keep a plant alive, let alone find someone worthy of getting past a third date.

As the only sister done with school and single as a pringle, I have to do something fast, or I’ll be my matchmaking aunt’s next victim.

When Jax’s drummer joins him for the summer and needs some help with his image, I make him a deal he can’t refuse.

All is perfect—until I realize my summer proposal has one minor flaw.

Our relationship may be a sham, but there’s nothing fake about my feelings for Finn.

THE END

I’d like to thank C.L. Collier for being my partner in crime and making the Summer in Seaside Series come to life. She helped make this random thought I had one day, turn into an amazing multi-author collaboration. With her help, we plan to continue this series for years to come.

I’d also like to thank the authors in this series for taking a chance on us as collaborators and taking this journey with us. I couldn’t be prouder of what we accomplished together!

This book wouldn’t be what it is without my amazing team. First of all, I’d like to thank Mickel Yantz, my supportive beta reader. He’s my go-to friend who helps me as I plot, unsticks me from the weeds, and helps me recover the story when things go awry. Thank you for always being willing to listen. Thanks also for your willingness to talk as if my characters and their problems are real. I appreciate your suggestions along the way.

Next I’d like to thank Sue Soares at SJS Editorial Services. You are amazing to work with. I appreciate your patience and flexibility. I simply love working with you. My books wouldn’t be what they are without you.

To Julie Deaton at Deaton Author Services, thanks for making my book pretty and talking me off a ledge. I appreciate knowing your proofreading is exquisite, and my worries disappear. I know that if I make you feel all the feels, I’ve met my mark. Your eagle eyes are spectacular, and I don’t know what I’d do without you.

To the people who have supported me along the way, I’m humbly grateful to have you in my life. Whether you’ve read my books, asked me about my progress, listened to me talk about my fictional characters as if they’re a part of my family, plotted with me, or been my cheerleader, I appreciate your continued support. Please know it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Last but certainly not least, to my four beautiful girls who have had to wait patiently when I said, “Just one more minute,” when I obviously meant a lot more than one. I love that you get that I have deadlines and will sometimes keep me on task with your not-so-subtle reminders that “Mom… you should be working” during my designated times. I appreciate your support more than you’ll ever know. Even though you can’t read this book—because that might beweird—for both of us, I love that you keep asking. I love you all more than words can express. You’re the reason I continue to strive and reach for my goals each day.
