As she started opening all the bottles, she reached out to Aiden.

“You know, you would look pretty good in a skirt.”

She felt confusion coming from the link, “Sweetheart, I think I’m going to need more information here.”

She chuckled, “Your twin brother who looks very much like you, crashed girls’ night in a pencil skirt and I couldn’t stop thinking about you.”

“My butt would look so much better in that skirt than his.”

She had to set down the bottle of juice so she wouldn’t spill it while laughing,“I don’t know, his butt looks pretty great!”

Aiden growled at her,“Woman, don’t make me come up there.”

“Oh? What would you do?”She was in a playful mood, and really wanted to know.

“I will throw you over my shoulder and whisk you away to a place where there are no other men for you to ogle.”

“Well, if you’re there I wouldn’t mind. Though, we have to bring the skirt.”She was loving this mind-link thing. Even though he wasn’t here she could talk to him whenever she wanted. Which was nice because she kind of missed him.

“For you, I would do it.”She felt Aiden close the mind-link for a moment,“Sorry Kenz, I have to go. I hope you have an awesome night, sweetheart.”

“Thank you! You too.”Then he was gone.

Darren set two large pitchers down on the counter next to her, “How’s my brother doing?”

“He’s good. Busy with something though.” She started filling one of the pitchers with vodka and cranberry juice while Darren mixed the margarita and tequila in the other one. She got some ice from the freezer to add to the mixtures, then put some glasses on the counter.

When she turned back to the girls, Sorcha was sitting in a chair with Cassie and Raven behind her. Both women had little brushes in their hands and were painting white stuff on sections of Sorcha’s hair, then covering it with foil. She walked closer to them so she could see what they were doing.

It smelled terrible, but it was also a familiar scent, “You’re bleaching her hair?”

Raven nodded while waving the brush around, “Yup! You’re all getting bleached so be ready. And don’t worry, it’s not cleaning bleach it’s hair bleach.”

“What’s the difference?” She asked. It didn’t sound like it should be going in their hair.

Raven turned back to Sorcha’s head, brushing more of the white mixture onto a strand of hair, “I’m not sure. But it’s not as strong and it’s made just for hair. Don’t worry, we won’t let your hair fall out.”

What! This was definitely a bad idea, “Fall out?”

Now Cassie chimed in, “Don’t worry. We know what we’re doing.”

“Uh huh.” She kept telling herself that hair grows back, just in case they weren’t joking about it falling out.

Darren handed her a glass of margarita mix, then said, “It’ll calm your nerves.”

Once everyone had a drink, he started rummaging around the room again, “Do you have a radio?”

She glanced around, “I have no idea. I didn’t bring one, but there seems to be everything else around here.”

Cassie turned to them, pointing with her glove covered hand, “Open the doors under the tv. Marshall put one in. It has surround sound.”

Darren grabbed something from his bag, then went to find the stereo.

She was about to sit back down next to Brianna when Cassie called her over, “Sorcha here is all done. Can you set a timer for twenty minutes, then help her wash this out and blow dry her hair?”

“Yea, sure.” She quickly set an alarm on her phone.

Sorcha started toward the couch, but Darren intercepted her, as music started blasting through the room. It was one of the latest Bebe Rexha songs called “I’m gonna show you crazy”. Somehow, it was a very fitting song for this group. They were all a little crazy in their own ways. The good kind of crazy though.
