I laugh nervously. "Why do I get the impression I might not want to know what you're about to tell me?"
She looks around again and says, "I think we should do a boudoir shoot."
"Boudoir shoot? What is that?" I question.
She gasps as if she's in total shock. "How do you not know what a boudoir shoot is?"
My face heats.
She giggles. "I'm just going to show you, but we can't tell the guys. Tynan will go nuts, and so will Killian when they see the results. It'll be worth every penny."
"Why is that?" I question.
Her face lights up more than I've seen it do before. "Because we'll get the perks afterward."
"The perks?"
"Yeah." She wiggles her eyebrows, repeating, "The perks."
I suddenly realize what she's talking about and put my hand over my face. "Oh my God."
"Hey, don't tell me Tynan's not keeping you busy in bed all night."
I think about last night in the club and then in the car on the way home. Once I got to the bedroom, I just passed out. Still, I can't deny that getting some perks from Tynan would be nice. So I say, "Okay, show me what you're talking about."
Arianna slides her phone across the table, and beautiful pictures of women in lingerie pop up.
I stare in awe and admit, "Wow. These are amazing. I would never think to do something like this."
She nods. "I know. I've wanted to do it for a while, and I should do it before I start to show again."
"Well, I'm sure that would be pretty too," I say.
"I know, but it'll take me a while to get back to my pre-baby body, so let's do it now before I start to show, okay?"
"Sure."
"And you know what that means, right?"
"What?"
"After lunch, we're going lingerie shopping."
I laugh. "Are ya always this excited?"
She looks at me like I'm crazy and says, "I just said we're going lingerie shopping. How can you not be excited?"
I laugh harder. "Okay, then, I guess it's time to go lingerie shopping."
"Great. We'll go to La Perla. It's one of my favorite stores. Have you been there?"
I shake my head. "No, I've not even heard of it."
She gasps. "You've not heard of it? Oh my gosh. It's going to be your new favorite, trust me. And Tynan's going to go wild once he sees whatever it is that we buy there. They have the best stuff."
I think about the strappy leather outfit I wore to the sex club. And then I wonder if there's anything at La Perla that will make Tynan harder than he got last night when he saw me in it.
She glances around again and says, "So have you..." She licks her lips and stares at me.
