Madison leapt from the throne, falling into the arms of her kin. Everyone was there: her sisters Addison, Lexi, and Taryn, their mates, and her parents, the King and Queen of Autumhart.

Fletcher rose from the throne, remaining somewhat proper throughout the interaction, but was quickly lulled into comfort as Madison’s father and mother embraced him tightly, like a son.

“Congratulations!” her father said excitedly. “We are so glad to finally have all of our daughters mated and to good men to boot."

Through his interaction with their parents, Fletcher overheard Madison chattering with her twin. His interest perked when his queen gasped, her voice high and surprised.

“You’re pregnant too!”

Her parents, his mother, and his aunt jerked their heads toward the girls, as did the king, whose heart began racing like a horse. The women came over, continuing to chatter while Fletcher watched with love and amazement.

“Slow down, girls, slow down,” Madison’s mother said. “What is going on?"

Addison and Madison exchanged a look. It was sweet and one that Fletcher realized they had probably exchanged hundreds of times before.

“Well, it looks like we’re both doing something at the same time again,” Madison said, her eyes sliding over to her husband.

A smile, so innocent and genuine, grew on his face. He had sensed something over the past two weeks since their telepathic connection had been honed. They also had been having so much sex, her wolf primal and ravenous. It was only a matter of time before something started to grow inside her.

“What are you saying?” Taryn exclaimed.

As if they had rehearsed it, Madison and Addison said the same two words in a singsong rejoice.

“We’re pregnant!”

Fletcher's heart bloomed. He knew at that moment that he would never be unhappy ever again.

“You are?” Fletcher implored.

Madison covered her mouth as her sisters hugged and congratulated both her and her twin. The parents began to cry tears of joy, and Fletcher couldn’t help but pull his wife into his arms.

“Madison, my God,” he muttered.

He buried his face into the top of her head as the family shared their euphoria.

“You two have always done everything together, haven't you?” Fletcher said, enveloping his big arms around Madison’s waist.

The father rolled his eyes sarcastically. “Every single time. Once twins, always twins.”

Fletcher knew that it was a slice of bliss for everyone to honor together, but he also couldn't wait to celebrate alone. They were going to have their own family, a little pup that symbolized the eternal commitment of their love.

“God, I love you,” Fletcher whispered into Madison’s ear.

She growled into his chest, deep and rumbly. Her maternal wolf was coming to life. He couldn’t wait to meet her.

The revelry continued outside the tent and in the gardens with dancing, food, and all-around merriment. After a couple of hours of mingling, Fletcher whisked his new bride away into a more secluded section of the gardens.

The moon was full and poured over the pond like a mirror. They walked hand in hand, the din of the party fading into a peaceful quiet.

“So when were you going to tell me?” Fletcher asked, pulling Madison against him.

She giggled as he slid a hand onto her belly. He kissed her neck as she spoke, that scent still so addicting and luscious.

“I was going to tell you tonight. Later, I swear."

She began to groan as he nibbled on her collarbone, his hand circling her stomach like a crystal ball.

“I believe you,” he muttered. “I believe in you, in us, in everything. I will love you forever, Madison.”

Madison pulled his face away from her and held it in her hands. The moon was magic, sparkling in her eyes.

“And I will love you forever and beyond, My King.”

They kissed in the moonlight, ready for a life of delight and enduring love.
