My whole family––including my cousins and their parents––could live in this suite and not bump into each other.

This is the height of poshness.

My feet move faster, as I ignore Bryce’s chuckle.

I sprint out of the largest of the three deluxe spa bathrooms, my eyes wide with excitement. “They have freaking Gucci towels and robes?!”

He slides his hands into his pockets. “It’s par for the course when you stay in one of the most expensive suites in the most expensive hotels in Las Vegas.” He shrugs, the picture of cool nonchalance.

Like it’s no big deal.

Ha!

Would anyone notice if the Gucci went missing…?

I mean, there is such a thing as goodie bags. Same thing. Different concept.

Asking for a friend.

“Come over here, I want to show you something.”

I stride towards him, but in my head, I’m skipping.

He guides me to the bedroom.

“Check out the view.”

Given the opulent suite, I hold my breath as to what to expect, and approach the window with tentative steps.

I peek down below.

Oh.

My.

God.

I whirl around. “The bed is in front of a window overlooking the fountains?”

“Pretty spectacular, right?”

My head explodes for the second time in a matter of minutes.

Hanging out with a billionaire sure has its privileges.

I’ve been to Vegas a handful of times. Like every other tourist, the fountains are top of the list of things to see. I’ve ventured in the lobby of the Bellagio. And back in the day when I had money to my name, I enjoyed a pricey cocktail at one of the bars. Sure, it set me back, but it’s nothing like eating a meal here.

It never entered my mind that one day I’d stay here.

On one hand, I’m thrilled of my good fortune. On the other, I’m sad my financial disaster led me here.

“Fair warning,” Bryce says, “we’re going to make good use of the bed and the view.”

My pussy flutters with excitement.

I jerk awake.

It takes a minute for my brain to register where I am.
