I smooth the hair from her face, running my thumb over her lips as I nod. “Yes. Always, yes. Will you marry me?”
She takes the platinum ring from her box and slips it onto my finger. Lifting her head, she murmurs, “Yes. A thousand times, yes.”
Opening the ring box, I reveal theHarry Winstonthree carat cushion-cut sapphire ring with long, tapered diamonds on either side. Her gasp tells me she approves. I slip it onto her finger, kissing the back of her hand as I look at the ring that looks so natural on her delicate finger.
