"Now, let's get you moved into my place," I whisper into her hair, her scent intoxicating me. "I'll call the movers tomorrow."

"Well aren't you eager, Mr. Playboy?"

"I can't help it. I can't wait to start my life with the most beautiful, fierce and stubborn woman I know and our little bundle of joy. You, me, and our ice cream-loving baby."

She rolls her eyes at me. "That's so cheesy, Logan."

"Cheesy, huh? I've been called worse. I'll take that."

I pull her in for another kiss. The kind of kiss that says, 'I’ve got you and I'm not letting go.'

EPILOGUE

BAILEY

One year later.

As I watch him pull on his coat, keys in hand, I can’t help but think about how far we’ve come. Logan catches me watching him and grins.

"Uh oh... What's that look?"

"Just thinking," I say to him as I hold our baby girl, Josie, snuggled in my arms.

"Oh? You're not picturing me as a Chippendale again, are you?" he teases with a wink, adjusting his tie.

"Don't flatter yourself..."

He chuckles before bending down to plant a soft kiss on Josie's forehead. "Daddy's got to go make some more hits."

A few months after Logan turned down the New York City job, another opportunity popped up. It was a chance too good to pass up, even better than the previous offer. Logan now works with the top artists in the city, bringing his charm and raw talent into the industry. He's made a big name for himself. I'm proud of him. He deserves this.

Josie coos, her tiny fingers clutching at his as he talks to her.

As for me...

I found myself taking the CEO position at work. Initially, I resisted the idea, arguing with Logan that I didn’t want to be the default choice, the second-best. But Logan suggested we all sit down together and have a serious talk with his dad.

We needed to let the cat out of the bag about Josie anyway.

To our surprise, he took the news oddly well. I expressed my desire to continue working, although only with a flexible schedule that would allow me to be a good mother and wife.

He totally agreed, overjoyed with the news of grandfather-hood.

Mr. Atwood quickly went ahead and hired me assistance, so that I could work as much or as little as I wanted.

It worked out perfectly.

I am able to pursue my career while still having time for my family.

And as for Mr. Atwood, he got to keep his ‘family business’. He already jokes about one of our children eventually taking over.

We'll see about that.

Logan pauses at the door, turning back to look at us. "So, ice princess, what's the plan for you two today? Yoga and kale smoothies?"

"Oh, absolutely. And then, we're going to a spa for a baby massage and a mud bath."

"That sounds exhausting." He winks at Josie. "Are you sure you're up for it, little one?"
