I lean forward and press my lips to Damien’s. “You look so good, so handsome.”
He doesn’t seem to mind the little bit of glitter that rubs off my lip onto his bottom lip.
Mara chimes in. “Yes, you both look great.”
She gives Seth an equally chaste kiss but rubs her red lipstick off his lips. “Oops.”
Damien wraps his arms around my waist, pulling me into his body so I can feel his growing erection. He leans his head closer to mine to whisper in my ear. “You look stunning. I can’t wait to fuck you in this later.”
My core throbs with my growing need. “Don’t tease me like that. I’ll gladly skip the ceremony to speed things along.”
“I can’t let you do that. This is a special occasion.” He presses another chaste kiss to my lips, and I make sure to wipe off the glitter this time.
Breaking the sexual tension, I change the subject and speak louder so Seth and Mara can hear. “So, Mara and I got some good news this morning.”
She nods her head as the guys wait for us to clue them in.
I give her a small nod so she can tell them the rest.
“We both got hired on at the paper!” She yells before quietly apologizing.
Seth spins her around and gives her a hug.
“That is amazing. I knew you two would find a great job. And of course, it’s in the same place.”
Seth teases us, but I can see how proud he is of her, of both of us, actually.
Damien wraps his arm around me. “The two of you are inseparable. Do they know what they signed up for?”
Damien grins as I act shocked.
Mara laughs. “We are the dynamic duo.”
I add, “I, well, we, will get more done than anyone else, all the while spending the day with my best friend.”
“Here here!” Mara giggles as Seth eyes her.
I hand Damien my phone. “Can you take our picture?”
“Of course.” Damien takes a picture of the two of us.
We also get a group picture and some of just the couples.
Seth waits until after we are finished to say, “I want copies, please.”
Damien stands behind me and whispers in my ear. “Me too, please.”
Mara’s phone dings with a text.
“You’re supposed to turn that to silent.” I say as I start a group message and send the pictures to Mara, Damien, and Seth.
Mara sticks her tongue out at me before checking her phone. “My mom just texted. They are outside the building waiting for us.”
I loop my arm around Damien’s and lean my head on his shoulder. “I’m so glad graduation is almost over.”
I never thought I’d make it here being happy with my best friend and our boyfriends.
Damien pulls me towards the building where the ceremony is taking place. “Just enjoy the moment. You deserve it.”
