“My father owed money to an MC in Jacksonville so he gave me to them for a year to strip for them.” My nails dig into my skin as my knuckles go white, Nicole kisses my forehead. The president made me a deal and I took it. I got to know them and they are good people.”

“Seriously Nicole good, please you had to strip for them for God sakes.” I growl.

“The deal was I stayed loyal and to not cause any problems and I only had to strip for him the president he didn’t make me do anything I didn’t want to do, they were all great they became part of my family.”

“You didn’t want to come home did you.” I ask.

“To be honest, no I did I like it there and they were great guys, but I did come home four months later I stayed a little longer then I needed to.”

“Do you miss them?” I ask. I don’t know how she finds the light in bad situations her father gets her in.

“I do, I keep in touch with them you would like them.”

“Really?”

“Yes they are like the family here just a little different.”

“Maybe one day I’ll meet them.”

“That would be nice.”

“I thought you were ashamed of what you did.”

“I was in the beginning having to strip because your father owes fifty thousand dollars sucks.”

“But they became your family.”

“They did.” Nicole snuggles up to me. I’m glad they took care of her when I couldn’t I can’t stay mad when they did what I couldn’t and that was to protect her and care for her. If they weren’t good people she wouldn’t have stayed as long as she did and they wouldn’t have become family to her. I’m happy she had them.

“Are you still mad?” she asked looking up at me through her lashes.

“No, I’m happy you had them in a tough situation anyone else would have taken advantage of it.”

“That’s true.” I pulled her closer to me and kiss the top of her head.

“Get some sleep baby.”

“Okay. I love you.”

“I love you too baby.” I smell her hair then drift to sleep.
