“Alright, enough. Questions no longer may involve the word daddy because it’s kind of turning me on and that’s kind of creeping me out,” Asher announces as he runs a hand through his beard stubble and not so subtly adjusts his jeans.

I roll my eyes at his comment and wrinkle my nose at him for being so crude.

“I got one,” Eli says, eyeing me. “What medications does your dad have you on?”

I eye him angrily and then see the other two guys staring at me as well as they wait for me to answer.

“Wait, they told you how to administer it but not what it was?”

Eli nods and I glare at them.

“And you would have done that? You sick fucks! Did you even read the bottle to see what it was?!”

“The meds are locked away because we have no intention of using them,” Asher snaps and Ax glares at him. “Nah, I’m answering that one. It’s way too much as it is that they keep threatening to shoot her up. She needs to know we never even considered it.”

I look at him surprised and then turn to Eli who nods and Ax who just glares at me. I stumble to find words and mutter something along the lines of thanks for not drugging me as I finish off my beer.

“He just answered two of yours. I have two more and you can choose which to answer,” Ax says.

I roll my eyes. “So nosey,” I mumble as I climb off the counter to grab another beer.

“Yup,” he laughs but it feels to lack any actual humor.

I pop open my beer and glance at him waiting.

“So, either tell us about this doctor kink, or tell us how you got those scars on your arms.”

I don’t even have time to register my anger. On impulse I dump my beer on Ax’s head. He grabs my wrist, ignoring that I flinch away from him, and instead holds tighter. “You bitch—

“Fuck you!”

CHAPTER FIVE

I manage to avoid the guys that are somehow occupying way too much space in this mansion —Ax’s mansion— for the next two days while I redo my room. When I finally finish, I’m exhausted but can’t help smiling. The gray walls and purple bedding look so much more inviting than the explosion of pink it was before.

It looked like a unicorn exploded in here.

Next step will be the bathroom when I can get my dad to hand over a credit card. Eli must have felt bad for Friday night, because I found pizza and pink glitter paint at my door around midnight after they went to bed. Which is why Sunday night, instead of sleeping, I am painting the outside of all three guys' doors pink.

Triple coats.

I lock my door as I collapse onto my bed and fall asleep laughing to myself.

The peace is short lived when I wake up to banging on my door at five am Monday. “Go away,” I groan and pull a blanket over my head.

The sound of a lock clicking gets my attention and within seconds the door swings open.

“What the hell—” Ax starts but I gape at him.

“How do you have a fucking key to my room!”

He smirks. “My house, remember?”

I glare at him. “Get out perv. I’m sleeping.”

“Fix the fucking doors!” He snaps.

I hear mutters of curses as the other two guys wake up to see their own doors and come stomping to my room.
