“Can I be frank?”
“Always.”
“There are rumors about Kieran, which is why coming here was a last resort. If those rumors are true, then does that mean you’re here against your will?”
“Gods, no. I came here looking for help. When my contract was up, I asked to stay on to help him and he agreed. I was so damn good at my job that I worked my way up.” He smiles at me. “Trust the process. Kieran wouldn’t have the reputation he does if the rumors weren’t true.”
“Does that mean the bad ones are true, too?” I choose my words carefully. “The ones that suggest he uses his fists if he doesn’t get his way.”
Sebastian lifts a shoulder in a shrug. “That’s up to you to decide. Now, I’m going to let you look over the checklist on your own. You’re going to want to give it some thought. There’s an ink pen in the top drawer of the nightstand.”
He pats my leg and leaves me holding the contract in my hand. I look over it, but, as far as I can tell, what Sebastian summarized was true. I wish I had my phone so I could google this some more. I’ve heard of a Dom/sub relationship. Who hasn’t after those books became popular and were turned into movies years ago? But I get the feeling that Kieran won’t be like Mr. Grey. A shiver works its way up my spine. No, Kieran screams danger, and I’m crazy for even considering this.
I flip to the third page where the checklist that Sebastian mentioned is.
“Holy cow.”
It’s a list of sexual kinks. Like, an extensive list. There are three boxes on each line where I can pick yes, no, or maybe. My cheeks are warm as I look over the list. I haven’t even heard of some of these. Anilingus? Impact play? Urophilia? Sighing, I open the nightstand and find the ink pen Sebastian mentioned. Line by line, I answer the questions. I haven’t been a virgin for a long time and enjoy sex. But some of these things are just so… out there.
When I’m finished, I look over the list one last time. Am I really considering this? The shocking part is that I am.
There’s one last page I flip to.

If you’ve reached this page, then I assume you’re going to sign the contract. Once you do, your life belongs to me for the next 12 months. You will give me total control, and that starts now. Remove all of your clothing. There’s a robe in the closet that you’re allowed to wear to my office. Once inside, remove the robe and kneel on the pillow next to my desk. The phone on the nightstand rings, scaring the crap out of me. It rings four more times before I answer it.
“Hello?”
“You should know that there are cameras in each room of my house,” Kieran all but purrs. “Keep that in mind the next time you want to make a smartass comment.”
My gaze darts around the room, and then I see it. Right there in the corner, near the ceiling. Fuck.
He chuckles. “Do you have questions about any of the kinks?”
“Yes, Sir. There were some I’ve never heard of.”
I rattle off the list and he surprises me by answering.
“Anilingus is stimulation of your anus via licking, penetration, or any other type of oral stimulation. It pairs well with anal sex. Impact play is where you’re spanked with objects such as a whip, crop, my hand, or even a spatula. Urophilia is someone who enjoys getting pissed on.”
My body is warm, and I’m not sure if it’s because of his deep voice describing the acts or if it’s because I’m picturing him doing them to me. “The contract states that my younger sisters will be protected. How are you going to do that, Sir?”

Once you sign the contract, your father will be informed that you are mine and your sisters will be removed from his house. If he’s smart, he will pledge his allegiance to me.”

“He can side with Erics and see how long he lives after that.”
