“No. I mean, come on, Addy. And don’t even get me started on the fact that he fucked you bareback. I mean, really? Wow, sister. You’re a brave little thing, aren’t you?”

I didn’t really know what to say. Tears burned in my eyes as shame washed over me.
Because yes, I did feel weak. I had to see him. After finding out I was pregnant, I couldn’t help myself, and I wanted to feel that connection again. Even if it was only for one more time. The last time.
“But maybe his stupidity works in my favor. I mean, he couldn’t even get it up with me, which is a shame since he’s way fucking sexy. But sexy or not, he’s not my type. He’s too broody and old-fashioned for me. So fuck him as much as you want. Just make sure I’m not in town.”
“No. I-I won’t do it again. It’s just …” I paused.
There was nothing I could tell her. It wasn’t like I could admit I was pregnant and hormonal. There was no way Allison would keep my secrets.
“Just what? A moment of weakness? That’s the problem, Addy. You’re always so weak. You need to woman up. I mean, I saw Wyatt naked, so I get it. His dick is massive, but dick isn’t everything.”
I couldn’t even respond to that. While she had told me repeatedly that they never had sex, which was a massive relief, I still hated that she saw him naked. He was mine, and I didn’t want my sister knowing such personal things about him.
I continued to listen to her for a bit as she went on about herself and how great Paris was, but after a while, I simply hung up. She would be pissed, but Wyatt had waited downstairs long enough.
I went into my bathroom, undressed, and took a hot shower. It wasn’t going to be comfortable riding alone with Wyatt, knowing the things I knew, but he was right. I didn’t have health insurance. If I wanted to know everything was okay with the baby and myself, I needed to take him up on his offer. At least this once. After that, I would figure the rest out on my own.
