“For us,” she repeats.
For a moment, we just stare into each other’s eyes. It’s one of those moments I know will be burned into my mind for the rest of my life. One where I’m completely overwhelmed by my love for this woman. I’m the last person she probably expected to choose to spend the rest of her life with, but I’ll thank whatever higher power there may be that despite all odds, we found our way to one another.
She’s my entire world, and I’ll spend every single one of my days making sure she knows how remarkable of a woman she is. She truly is my everything, the love of my life—something I never even believed in until her.
“I love you,” I repeat, feeling the need to say it again.
“I love you too,” she whispers, her hips bucking slightly when my fingertip glides over her silk panties.
“Now lean back, baby. It’s time I reward my wife for all the hard work she put into our home...”
Then, I spend an ample amount of time making one of our very first memories in this house right on top of the dining room table she had custom-made. It was the perfect first use of the table if you were to ask me.
After we accidentally break multiple dishes from the table after breaking it in, I fall in love all over again with my wife asshe takes me through every room of the house. She’s breathed life into the perfect home for us, and I can’t wait for all the memories we will make here.
Forever has never seemed so perfect.
