“Nikita, you don’t have to call me Luna anymore. We are of equal rank now. Besides, we are friends first, right?” She giggled before the large ceiling of the pack house caught her attention. “Oh my Goddess! This is a beautiful place!”
When I had come here, the pack house had been being remodeled and Fin had wanted to know what I would like to see in the house. I had always dreamed of a vaulted ceiling and of a nice place for the pack wolves to be able to sit and take a load off.
This pack was completely different than my previous pack. Here, a lot of the wolves helped with everything. The only ranks that weren’t blurred were Fin’s and Beta Harlen’s and his wife’s. I had caught him helping out with a few omegas with the garden. I didn’t know if this was just how he was or if this was the new him when he came back to be the Alpha of his pack.
“Thank you Adia. It has come a long way.”
“I heard! Poor Alpha Fin. He had been kicked out by his Uncle and then had to rebuild his pack back! But this is amazing. You both have done so well with this place.” Adia was so enthralled with the place she hadn’t noticed that Fin and her mate had walked up to us.
