Evan kissed me hard and fast. “Let’s get out of here so we can be late to dinner for a good reason instead of lingering in the parking lot. Now run.”

I laughed as we took off toward his small SUV. Evan didn’t let me get my seatbelt on before he was pulling out of the parking lot. His hand slipped up my dress, teasing the seam of my panties.

“You’re going to crash.” I pointed out as I opened my legs for more. “But don’t stop.”

He drove to a nearby park that was rarely used. It was small and didn’t have any playground equipment or basketball courts, only gorgeous greenery for long walks. And other things.

“Leave your panties in the car,” he said as he parked, then opened the door.

I laughed, but I slipped out of them and followed him into a copse of trees. Excitement built in my chest and between my thighs. Evan loved adventurous sex. Beds were boring. It was dark under the canopy of overhanging branches, and it felt just as romantic as it did exciting. Evan dropped to his knees, lifting my leg over his shoulder. He didn’t waste any time giving me pleasure. I shivered when his lips met my sex and came hard as he coaxed me to heaven with his tongue.

“I love my appetizer,” he said, tasting every inch of me. “But I want dinner.”

“God, yes.”

Evan stood and spun me around. “Touch your toes, JoJo. I’m going in deep.”

I lifted my dress to my waist, and Evan slid two fingers inside me before filling me with his thick cock. It was exhilaratingly fast, furious, and hard. It didn’t take me long to hit that orgasmic high again, and Evan joined me soon after. He stayed inside me and reached for my arms, pulling my back against his chest.

“I love you, Jocelyn. I love being inside you. I love standing with you. I love making you happy. I don’t want that to ever end.” He kissed along my neck, and a small white box appeared in front of me. “Open it.”

Panic surged through me. There was no way he was proposing. It was too soon, and even though I would’ve said yes because I could never actually say no to him, I wasn’t ready for that. We’d only just started our journey together as a couple. Eventually, yeah, marriage would be great, but I wanted to get through school before that. Before we started a family.

He held it steady even though I quaked with fear. I sucked at hiding my emotions, especially from him; he could read me like a book. “Trust me.”

I took the lid off the box while he held it. Inside was a key.

“I don’t want to come home at night to an empty apartment, JoJo. I want to come home to you. Every night. I want to wake up with you every morning. I want to sit with you at the dining room table and watch you study.” He stepped back from me and turned me toward him with his dress pants pooled at his feet. “These last two months have been perfect. I can’t go back to the way it was before. I can’t live alone. I can’t live without you. I found a place that’s close to campus for you and about a thirty-minute drive for me. I don’t mind the drive. We can find something else if you don’t like it. Just… move in with me. Please.”

I rose on my toes and kissed him hard. He was so perfect. “I’d love to.”

Evan slowed our kiss, savoring every touch of skin on skin. When he pulled back, he grinned. “There’s roof access at our new place. We haven’t done that yet.”

“There’s a lot we haven’t done yet.” I glanced around the trees surrounding us. “This wasn’t the first time outside, but this park was new.”

“We’ve got a lifetime to do it all, JoJo.” He kissed my temple. “We’ll get there one day at a time.”

I had no doubt he was right.

About Crushing It

When Napoleon Lancaster, center and captain of the Rippton Hail varsity ice hockey team, is jammed in the boot of a car and left on the side of the road in the desert he’s livid.

Until the very sexy Willow Cheshire comes to his rescue as his knight in shiny black pants, a varsity shirt and throws his game day focus into turmoil.

CHAPTER ONE

Highway noise didn’t usually bother me, but then, I had never experienced it from the inside of a trunk. The road bumped along beneath my cheek, jolting and jarring. Exhaust had become my constant companion. Whoever had decided to bind me with duct tape had also been sweet enough to leave the trunk ajar. For breathing purposes? Light streamed through the small gap wedged open with something that poked me in the cheek.

Someone wanted to claim the dubious honor of having kidnapped Napoleon ‘Crush’ Lancaster on game day.
