an hour.

I pull up to Rage Road. It always feels like coming home when I get here, even more so than

actually going home. Probably because I have some of my best memories in this house. It was my

first time living on my own and meeting all of my best friends. I’d go back and relive it all in a

heartbeat.

Excitement sparks inside me, knowing that I’m about to see Celine. We’ve seen each other every

weekend since our agreement started. She even stayed overnight with me last weekend. I took her out

to dinner at one of my favorite local spots before bringing her back to my apartment and fucking her

all night. I feel fairly confident saying that she left my apartment feeling extremely satisfied.

But this weekend marks the end of our thirty-day agreement. She agreed to give me one month of

her body, and the time has gone by too damn fast. We’ve talked on the phone almost every night, and

bathroom upstairs while Celine gets ready and the girls running back and forth grabbing things they

need. I laugh to myself, picturing the scene.

I ring the doorbell next to make sure they hear it this time.

“Ozzy, can you get that?” I hear Stella yell.

The next thing I know, Ozzy is unlocking the door and letting me in. We grab hands and bring each

other in for a bro hug.

“Hey, man. How’s it going?” I ask.

“Same old. You?”

“Yeah. Same.”

We walk further into the house, and Ozzy leans over and says, “They’ve been driving me crazy all

damn morning.” Based on the loud music and laughing I can hear, I can only imagine how annoyed
