I was captivated. And probably about thirty seconds from coming in my jeans, like I was a kid again. It would be worth it. I drew a thumb along her bottom lip.
She gasped and her eyes flew wide open. “So those are the basics, right?” She rolled off me and far enough away to break all contact with both Dustin and me.
That sucked. But it was a good indicator that I was right to not push for more. “Those are the basics.”
“It’s later than I thought, I should go.” Adrienne scurried to her feet. “Thank you for the help. You’ll send me a link to the file on the cloud or something?” she asked Dustin. “For reference, of course.”
“Yeah. Of course.” Dustin’s voice was thick with lust.
She took a few steps toward the door. “I should get going.”
“Once you’ve reviewed, let us know what else you need to see.” I couldn’t have the night end on an off note. We all had to look each other in the eye on Monday.
Adrienne’s smile flickered through her discomfort. “I will. Thank you for a great night. All of it.”
“I’ll walk you out.” I had to adjust myself again when I stood. It was tempting to stay here. Fuck Dustin. Cuddle after? Nope. I didn’t know where that impulse came from, but I wasn’t indulging it.
“I’ll call you in the morning, Phillip,” Dustin called as we left.
Adrienne and I were quiet as we headed outside. But her smile and thank you were genuine when we reached her car. I waited until she was on the road, then headed out as well. The instant I got home, I was going to beat off until I was raw.
