‘Hell yeah! You’ve got the Cape Daddy gym-goer vote too!’ Chopper added, laughing merrily.
Bodie and Taylor kissed. Together, they felt like they could make a real difference. The future of Cape Daddy was looking rosier than ever.
And most importantly, Bodie and Taylor’s future as Little and Daddy was looking like it was in full bloom too.

Bodie’s role on the town council worked outincrediblywell.
The Cape Daddy council was open minded to Bodie’s ideas and they were able to make some changes that would ensure that Cape Daddy stayed in tune with the wider world without ever losing its special spirit.
Taylor was triumphant in his run for mayor too. He actually won the election with a landslide, and the word on the street was that it was Taylor’s dismissal of Nigel that convinced everyone of what a true Cape Daddy hero he was.
Having so many new friends was as brilliant as Bodie had hoped it would be. He was able to be his true Little self without fear of judgement or being looked down upon.
Bodie had waited his whole life to find this kind of kinship, and he cherished it every single day. He felt so glad that he never gave up hope of finding people similar to him, and he also felt far more confident than he had done in the past.
Taylor had been on a journey too. His resounding election victory taught him that he was able to be himself in public. He was still as charming as ever, but it felt good to know that the people of Cape Daddy respected him no matter what he did, as long as he was true to himself.
Taylor had even begun to work on some material for a full stand-up comedy set. One low profile set in Laketown aside, it was something he hadn’t tried since college, but now he was far more comfortable and relaxed about his public image, he felt like he could give it a shot.
Bodie teased Taylor about his Daddy jokes, but he was so happy to see Taylor comfortable in being his true self. Both of them may have come from very different backgrounds and starting points, but they were similar in many ways.
And of course, if Bodie was too harsh in his critique of Taylor’s stand-up material, then he could always spank him for insubordination! Sometimes Bodie would even say Taylor’s jokes were bad just for an extra spanking…
One thing that didn’t need any extra work was Bodie and Taylor’s relationship. They were each other’s Forever Daddy and Little and, just like Cape Daddy itself, they were destined to thrive forever.
