“Crystals,” I said as I slipped it on her finger. “My mom loved crystals. I had part of one of them put the ring. It’s opal. In Mom’s notes she said it inspires love and passion. It reminds me of how you see flowers. Each have an important meaning.”

The second I let go of her hand, she reached out and grabbed my face, pulling me in and pressing her lips to mine in the deepest, most intense kiss I think we’d ever had. All I could do was hold her tight against me, not giving a damn that I couldn’t breathe. Always happy to have this woman in my arms and taste her on my lips.

She finally pulled back a few seconds later, her chest heaving and her eyes sparkling. “It’s beautiful… and perfect.”

Maybe we could finally help my mom spread the energy she always wanted to share and follow her passion, just like we were.

The room suddenly exploded into applause and cheers and hoots.

Cassie glanced over my shoulder and started to laugh. I turned just as Reed appeared, holding up his cell phone which showed the clubhouse and all my brothers and family crowded together on the other end.

“Congrats!” Zoey called, practically bouncing out of her seat. “I know you’ll have the flowers sorted, but I’m here if you need help with the design.”

Cassie cuddled into my chest. “Of course.”

I pulled her close as the party began around us.

My family back in Vegas.

My family here.

I was still Drake, member of The Exiled Eight MC.

But I was also Drake, CEO.

One didn’t make the other any less.

Drinks were handed out left, right and center, but just as I was about to wrap my hand around a beer, Cassie tiptoed up next to my ear. “You wanna get some pizza?”

I chuckled lightly. “Romano’s?”

“Is there anywhere else?”
