“Let’s leave that shit in the past, okay, Levi?”

“You got it,” he says.

When Stephanie opens the door, she is surprised to see me, albeit a little disappointed.

Olive peers behind her from a sectional across the townhome living room. I can tell by her expression too; this isn’t going to be the sex marathon they were hoping for. But Levi doesn’t seem to mind. Maybe they’ve drained him of every last drop.

“Stephanie,” I say with a nod as I head towards the couch.

“Hey, baby,” Levi says, kissing her at the door.

“I didn’t know you were coming,” Olive says cheerfully. “No… uh, no Taylor?” she asks.

“She’s in California visiting her mom. I’m surprised she didn’t tell you,” I say, kicking my feet up on the wooden coffee table.

“Oh, yeah, no. I’m just so sorry about what happened to you, Elijah.” She places a gentle manicured hand on my arm.

“It’s all good now. All squared away,” I grunt. She withdraws her hand.

“I just can’t believe Taylor would do something—”

Levi runs up beside her and presses his mouth against hers, shutting her up. Yuck.

Stephanie walks over to the couch, sitting beside me as they finish making out not even six inches from me.

“Have you been talking to Taylor?” I ask Stephanie as she props her feet up next to mine on the table.

“No, I haven’t. And you’re welcome for that, by the way,” she says, crossing her arms.

“What? Why?” I ask, sitting forward.

“Because we know what she did!” Olive says, pulling away from Levi’s mouth.

Levi’s spit glistens on her lips and I try hard not to look completely appalled. She wipes it away as she crosses her legs. “We tried to tell her it was a bad idea; we don’t support what she did. It was wrong.”

Levi looks over at me and sits on a recliner adjacent to the sofa, nodding his head. “Yeah, we support you, man.”

“No…no, it’s not like that anymore, okay?” I try to find the right words to say that I forgive her, not because it is a forgivable thing, but because I’m fucking falling in love with her. I can’t get over the feeling of her soft lips tightly wrapped around my dick, the way her fingers grazed my skin, the way her eyes were so soft and innocent.

I throw a pillow over my growing hard-on.

“I forgave her, so you guys should, too.”

“How?” Stephanie says with her jaw dropped.

Levi smirks and leans back against the chair. He never asked why I forgave her, but the little bastard knows more than he lets on.

“He’s obviously fucking in love, Stephanie,” Olive says.

“Hold on—” I say.

Stephanie squeals and hugs me. “We always knew that.”

“You, what? You—”

“Of course, those puppy dog eyes when you look at her…and the way she talks about you, too. Phew. Also, we totally heard you fucking in the theater room.”

Now, my mouth drops open.
