Carlisle paid for his ticket before turning back to me.
“You don’t know how lucky you are, getting to be my girlfriend,” he teased, kissing me lightly. “Let’s go home. Maybe I’ll let you suck me off.”
“You fucking wish,” I snapped, but this only made him laugh harder.
“Baby, you’re killing me tonight. At least go on top. You’resolazy in bed.”
“Have you heard yourself?” I hissed as he reached for me, sliding his arm around my shoulders.
He pulled me against him, and he lifted my head to his.
“You love honesty,” he said, a smile playing on his lips. “I’m only playing. You know me.”
He kissed me, and I responded robotically before following him back to his car.
I’m sick of feeling like this. Something has to give.
Chapter Four
LOGAN
I’m loving life.
The stuff I had taken earlier had already hit the spot, and my toes tapped to a beat that wasn’t even there. I tried to make sense of the shit the girl on my lap was saying, but thanks to the coke, I couldn’t stop kissing her, interrupting her.
I felt like I was in love with her.
I laughed at the stupid thought, knowing full well that it wasnottrue. Like many other girls, this girl was what I called a filler, someone to fill a gap of time and someone for me to fill in if I felt up to it.
“Zander, let’s go,” Raff’s voice boomed through the room, and the girl gripped the back of my neck possessively.
“Hmm?” I mumbled, dragging the girl’s lips back to mine.
“Log, come on, man.”
Raff sounded irritated, and I made a note to share my shit with him.
“Excuse me, darlin’,” I said, moving the girl to one side to see my best friend glaring at me. “What?”
“We’re meeting Margot and Jenna, remember?”
Raff didn’t give a fuck about the girl on my knee, and she let out a noise of annoyance.
“Who the fuck is—” She began before Raff shot her a cruel smile.
“Our girls.”
The girl turned and stared at me, all confused and accusatory, with big brown eyes.
Not my problem.
“You’ve got agirlfriend?” The girl said, shifting off my lap slowly.
Fucking hell, some girls are beyond desperate.This girl didn’t seem bothered about me having a girlfriend.
