“My love,” I whisper as he carries me upstairs.
“My angel,” he rasps back. “Love of my life.”
He lays me in the center of our bed, coming down on top of me, his mouth already moving over mine hungrily. “You’ve given me a kingdom.” He thrusts into me with a shudder. “And right here is my reason for ruling it.”
Reaching down, I clutch his butt in my hands, urging him deep. So deep. “Then rule me,” I purr, our eyes locking and betraying a wealth of emotion. “Rule me now and forever.”
