I gasp as he takes over, fucking me hard and fast. I’m struggling to breathe, unable to catch my breath as he fucks my orgasm out of me. I’m panting, my body burning like an inferno. His hips piston into me, his hand on my neck tightens, and he drags me toward him, his mouth once again claiming mine. I detonate, and our kiss drowns out my screams of pleasure.

I shudder against him as my orgasm washes over me. He continues to kiss me, his mouth hot and heavy against mine. His cock swells, and I know he’s about to come. He doesn’t stop the kiss. Instead, he deepens it even more.

He lets out a low grunt as he comes inside of me.

“Good girl,” he praises, and my stomach flips as I release a shy smile. I love when he praises me.

I rest my head against his chest as I try to catch my breath. I fucking love being married.

I’m tryingmy hardest not to cry. I’m doing all the techniques, but nothing is working as I walk across the soft white sandy beach.

“Don’t do it,” Portia says from beside me. “I mean it, Tee. You’ll only hate yourself.”

I blink the tears back. She’s right, I will.

“How did he manage to sort all of this out?” I ask in awe as we walk toward the makeshift aisle of tiki torches. My husband is waiting for me, his brother’s standing beside him and Jade opposite, all waiting for me to reach them, where the officiant will officiate the renewal of our vows.

“Your husband is tenacious when he wants to be and this is what he wanted to do for you, Tee. He’s showing you just how much he loves you.”

“He’s amazing,” I breathe. “Look how sexy he looks,” I remark. His deep brown eyes, solely focused on me. Heating with every step I take closer to him.

“Girl, Dario is sexy as sin. Look at him,” Portia sighs. “God, what I wouldn’t like to do to him.”

I shake my head. She’s crazy, that's for sure. But judging by the look that Dario’s giving her, she’s not the only one feeling the attraction.

I reach Elio and he takes my hand. “You look beautiful, mia amata,” he says.

I beam at him. “You look handsome,” I reply.

The officiant begins to speak, and I’m so lost in Elio’s eyes that I’m barely able to pay attention.

It’s only when Elio speaks that I tune in fully.

“Teagan, on our wedding day, I pledged to love you in sickness and in health, and for better or worse. The past few months have tested those vows, but we’re here standing stronger than ever. I come here today to make a fresh start, to renew our vows of love, honor, and fidelity, and to reaffirm my love for you. Through sickness and in health.Per sempre, mia amata,”

I swallow past the lump and try to speak the words back to him, still unable to comprehend the lengths he’s gone to in order to have us renew our vows. This day has been beautiful. Even better than our actual wedding day.

“Elio and Teagan, we are here today to celebrate your love and acknowledge your lifelong devotion to each other. Your example reminds us of love’s possibilities. In as much as you have sealed this renewal of your marriage vows in the presence of those gathered here, it gives me much pleasure to pronounce that you are now, even more than ever before, Husband and Wife.”

Elio slides his arm around my waist and pulls me into him. Our bodies collide as his lips descend on mine. Never, not ever, have I been so damn happy.

A cell rings in the distance, but I don’t pay attention. All of my focus is on my husband.

Elio deepens the kiss, and I feel it in my toes. I cling to him like a vine tree as his tongue tangles with mine.

“Hey, where's the booze?” Jade asks, and I can’t help but laugh.

“Hey convict,” Elio says, not in the least bit entertained. “Want to go and annoy your husband. We’re kind of busy.”

I slap his chest. “Elio,” I hiss.

Portia laughs. “Now that you two are finished, it’s time to get drunk and celebrate.” She reaches for my hand and pulls me away from him. Elio’s eyes narrow, but he doesn’t say anything as he spots Rocco walking toward us.

“I’m sorry to break up the party,” he says, his words filled with rage. “But we’ve got to head back to Chicago.” He glances at Elio and me. “All of us.”

Sadness hits me. I get it. Work comes first. But damn, we’ve just got here.
