"Oh yes," he said and gave a low laugh. The desperation had gone. The feeling had been replaced by outright pleasure. He sprawled on the seat, his hands resting on the bunched fabric of her skirt around her hips as she rode him with abandon, looking down at him with the laughter still on her face.

She stroked his hair. Her mouth opened as she rocked slightly and massaged the head of his cock deep inside her. He cupped her buttocks and leaned his face into her chest, every moment sending him closer to the edge. He wanted to lock her body to his. He bit his lip, he was going to come and he wanted to wait for her. He felt her begin to quiver and reach. He moved his head back to look at her again and his hands tightened on her waist.

"You fill me so well," she whispered, leaning over his face, and breathing the words to him, as her body sapped the strength from her voice.

He swelled further inside her at her words, his cock rigid, his balls in an iron grip. He was sweating from the intensity of the thumping orgasm building there.

She tilted her hips higher, clutching at him with her strong inner muscles.

"Oh sweet Abby, I'm going to come."

She flexed her back and worked her hips smoothly and rhythmically on him. He felt her cunt clamp.

When his cock began to reach, he crushed his face into her breasts and her arms enclosed his head there. He held her tightly and they did not separate, coming violently at the very same moment.

Abby tottered back to her office and sat staring out at the skyline, trying to gather her faculties. It was fortunate she had done so much that morning. Zac's impromptu get-together had thrown her completely. In fact, she felt as if she'd been hauled onto the side of a fast moving train the week before and hadn't been able to put her feet down on the ground since.

He certainly wasn't predictable, and that thrilled her, but she knew there was more to it than that. She couldn't stop thinking about him. The sex was something else. She wanted to be locked up with him for a long time.

He fascinated her. His self-control seemed to be something that he could wear at will and was equally happy to fling aside. It didn't make any sense, although she didn't want to analyze it too deeply, enjoy it while it lasted.

She glanced at the time display on her monitor. Only a few hours to go and she'd be with him again. And I've got an important report and release documents to prepare.

Later that afternoon, Zac stood up from his desk, pacing as he waited for the documents Abby had mailed to print out. She had to have a signature by early morning to go for the recommended property in the auction. He glanced at his watch, calculating how much time he had. He had to get the papers out to his mother's house for her to sign, drop them at the couriers and get back to his apartment, before she arrived at nine. Luckily he'd asked her to come over later, anticipating something like this, and it was just about doable.

He lifted the first sheets of paper, scanning the details of the property she had selected for purchase. He couldn't withhold a smile. She certainly didn't play safe, but as she'd said in her proposal, it wasn't often an opportunity like this came onto the market. With only ten days for the account to run to renewal and even less until the meeting, he'd have assumed she'd be looking at something safer, something that would have been easier to assess what the long-term investment potential might be. She'd put together a superb proposal, though, including the heritage response on planning, suggested architects, costing, and the whole shebang.

Why? He went over it again and again, but couldn't fault it, other than it was a bit of a way-out project. It was an interesting choice, for sure, but not entirely practical in view of the short-term portfolio management. Mind you, she would be hoping for contract renewal on behalf of her company. Besides which, he couldn't point the finger. He'd taken on exactly the same sort of risks when he'd bought a rundown cinema, boarded up and rotting into decay, to convert into his dream venue, The Hub.

They had similar tastes in property, he mused.

He flicked on through the pages. She'd suggested two architects and both of their resumes were attached. Impressive stuff. She'd even included a quick reckoning of how long it would take to recoup the cost of conversion. After her exceptional trading on the stock exchange, which had saved them huge potential losses, it would be hard to find fault with her work.

Neither he nor Nathan had turned up anything other than positive information, and Nathan's feedback from the receptionist merely painted a picture of the woman he knew, a genuine livewire with talent and character, not someone with a hidden agenda.

She'd lied though, why? It kept niggling away at the back of his mind, screwing him up good and proper.

Right now there didn't seem to be a reason why he shouldn't agree to go for the castle, unless he was blinded to it by his intense need for her. He frowned at the scanned photo of the castle, then at the clock. The minutes were ticking by.

"Okay, lady," he murmured. "I'll get you your signature." Snatching up the rest of the papers, he grabbed his car keys and headed for the door.

Chapter Eight

Once he was sure that Abby had reached the end of the street, Nathan approached the door to the building and made his way swiftly towards the elevators. It was getting late and the place was all but deserted.

Suzanne grinned when she saw him. "Just the man I wanted to see."

Nathan darted a look down the corridor, which was in semi gloom. "On your own?" He wandered over to the desk, where she was sorting stuff in her backpack. Her computer screen was still on.

"Yes, everyone's gone home so I've just got to switch off here and activate the alarms and we can get on our way."

He watched as she tidied her desk and switched the screen off. She was wearing a pair of white hipsters and a pink top with a wavy hem that lifted every time she bent or moved, revealing her bare midriff. She made his mouth water.

Distracting himself, he did a survey of the reception area, his attention quickly snagged by a set of framed photographs on the wall.
